1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MrREPLAY (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
MrREPLAY is a web-based platform that allows users to upload, view, and analyze HaxBall replay files (.hbr2). The Service provides match statistics, player performance data, heatmaps, shot maps, and replay viewing through the original HaxBall game engine.
3. User Accounts
You may sign in using your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the replay files you upload. By uploading content to MrREPLAY, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, and display the replay data for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership over your replay files.
5. Publicly Visible Information
By uploading a public replay, you acknowledge and agree that the following information will be publicly visible: (a) your Discord username, avatar, and a link to your Discord profile; (b) your approximate country of origin, displayed as a country flag on replay cards (derived from your IP address at the time of upload); (c) a public profile page aggregating your uploaded replays and statistics; (d) view counts on your replays. You may control your profile visibility (public or private) from your dashboard settings. If you do not wish your replays to be publicly visible, you may set them to private during upload.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) upload malicious files or content; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (e) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
7. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely across multiple third-party infrastructure providers for database hosting, file storage, and authentication. These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HaxBall or its creators.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
