Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 6, 2026
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Discord, we collect your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address. Your Discord user ID is also extracted from your avatar URL and stored alongside your uploaded replays. When you upload replay files, we process the match data contained within them. We also collect: (a) your IP address at the time of upload, which is used to determine your approximate geographic location (country and continent); (b) your IP address when you view a replay page, used solely for view count deduplication (preventing the same visitor from counting as multiple views); (c) your likes on replays, stored in association with your authenticated user account; (d) your profile visibility preference (public or private); (e) basic usage data such as pages visited and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) authenticate your identity; (c) process and analyze your replay files; (d) determine your approximate geographic location to display a country flag on your uploaded replays; (e) track your likes on replays via your authenticated account; (f) count unique views on replay pages using IP-based deduplication; (g) manage your profile visibility settings; (h) improve the Service; (i) communicate with you about updates or issues.
3. Publicly Visible Information
When you upload a public replay, the following information is visible to all users: (a) your Discord username and avatar; (b) a link to your Discord profile (derived from your Discord user ID); (c) your approximate country of origin, displayed as a country flag on replay cards; (d) view counts on your replays; (e) your public user profile page, which aggregates your public replays and statistics. You may set your profile to private from your dashboard settings, which hides your profile page from other users. If you upload a replay anonymously (without logging in), your geographic country flag is still displayed but no Discord profile information is shown.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use third-party infrastructure providers for database hosting, file storage, and content delivery to operate the platform. We also use Discord OAuth for authentication. These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies for authentication sessions. We also use localStorage for: (a) your language preference; (b) your theme setting (light/dark). These are essential for the Service to function properly. Liking replays requires a Discord account and is tracked server-side.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication through Discord OAuth, security headers, input validation, and rate limiting. Your replay files are stored securely on encrypted infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data, including geolocation data, likes, and view records; (d) control your profile visibility (public or private) from your dashboard settings; (e) withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
